Cancellation Policy
You can change your appointment up to 48 hours before the reserved date. The deposit is non-refundable. In the professional services world, a deposit is often required to guarantee availability. If the client cancels, the deposit compensates for the loss of revenue due to the reserved time that could have been allocated to other clients. Given high demand and limited availability, a deposit may be required to guarantee the reservation. This also discourages non-serious bookings and ensures better availability management.
